Hi Bob,

The Communist party is not outlawed, they have just gone underground as 
"Democrats". But not all Democrats are Communists.

Communist or otherwise, however, they all have to follow the law. If 
they do follow the law, I have no quarrel with them.

Thus, a green jobs "czar" enjoys, among other privileges, freedom of 
speech. He may or may not understand what he is saying, but he is free 
to say it. And we are free to ignore him, or disagree with him.

Congress is free to reject his ideas. I think they will. What he can do 
by "regulation and rule making" will stand only until the next 
administration, unless it fills a need.
