I don't, but it makes me wonder. It's like the problem we had a decade
ago when some Microsoft reps were bad-mouthing Fox: unless you can give me a
name, there's nothing much that can be done. If I were ever treated as badly as
you describe, I would certainly get the person's name, and probably their
supervisor's, too. But without that info, there's nothing much I can respond to.
