        Well, when customer service is as bad as you stated, I would generally 
not let that slide. Especially for a company that lives and breathes support.

        Now you're getting it! The whole qualification process is to make sure 
that the service is a good fit. Obviously you did not want to outsource your 
server management, just the hardware.

        Depends on the hack, I would assume, and whether you had Managed Backup 
for your site. I do know of several instances where our security folks helped 
pour over logs to help a customer figure out what was going on after they were 
attacked.
