No Jean, he is right. For example, people *are* flocking to Argentina (which is part of America) for the procedures (plastic surgery) that save egos. It has nothing to do with health care system, nationalized or not. It has to do with we having real good professionals and inexpensive surgeries. Anyway, why keep talking about it.
