Americans are renowned for being woefully uninformed about the rest of the world. And using and anecdotal example is the best you can do? We don't need a 'charity care' for fundamental life-saving health care such as chemo. It is provided as part of the govt system. You DO have the worst health care system in the civilised world. Your inability to accept or understand that doesn't change the fact.
