What do you want to do is the first Q you need to figure out.  What
would you like to be dong 5 years from now with respect to
programming, or architecture, or project management.

Can you list 5 things you do today very well that are not VFP centric
but are necessary aspects to getting the job done?

Where do you see this industry headed at mid decade?  Will web-centric
everything be the mark or will the real cool parts be in SAS?

Anything you take on will be a real stretch from the nuts and bolts of
VFP.  So the next path will be very different.

Not knowing your age would you feel comfortable around young men and
women that may be fresh out of college who are doing ......?  Or would
you want to stick with a more mature crowd who likes to follow a
waterfall style?
