Man - Pete sure has a point there. I know our Jails in the USA are already over crowded. Maybe we need to implement something like that great old movie - Escape from NYC w/Kurt Russell. Maybe take some city in America that already gone bad - and cordon it off - and then fill it up with prisoners. Maybe like one of those areas where everyone left a city or town because of contaminants. Like that place up near Buffalo.
