You don't need to remind me of something that happened well over 50 years ago, hardly a few. I don't actually remember any of this of course, except for what I've read as it occurred well before my birth and in another country from it. And yes, I'm aware that there are many countries in which Geoff would be entitled to hold his opinion. As far as doing better than the US, that is pure opinion and may or may not be true. As I don't get my beliefs about the world from the podunk daily, you would have zero idea.
