Yes, I just heard this morning on TV, from a source here in Abilene, 
Texas, I believe, reminding everyone to make dental appointments for 
services up to their deductibles, which will expire at the end of this 
year, (eg I guess the point at which co-pay kicks in and which is not 
rolled over, thus lost at the end of each year.

These counselor feel like they are providing the community with a 
valuable service, LOL, but this is this kind of gaming the system is 
steadily driving up the costs of health insurance to all of us, along 
with the health care and health insurance industries insatiable appetite 
for greater and greater profits.

It seems all the counselors coming out of the local universities here in 
Abilene are educated in how to game the insurance companies at every 
level of government, including federal, state, local, and commercial to 
get every ounce of benefit their client's premiums will allow, whether 
the resulting claims are really necessary or not.  I'm not an expert in 
this, but I just kind of feel like there is a lot a abuse of the system 
going on in this area.
