Hmmm.... have you *really* checked OpenOffice, or LibreOffice, lately? 
Have yet to find something included in MSOff that I can't pull out with 
those tools.

What about OpenERP, Compiere, Adempiere, BlueERP, Dolibarr, ERP5, 
Fedena, GNUEnterprise, HeliumV, JFire, LedgerSMB, OFBiz, Openbravo, 
Opentaps, Postbooks, SQL-Ledger, Tryton, WebERP, .... but yes, there are 
not many.
