It tends to be my average time getting new Win7 computers from Dell set up to 
work on 
our network, with the software and services we need set up. It tended to be 
$100 back 
in NT days, $150 in XP days, and now $400 in Win7 days. Installation and 
maintenance 
just seems to take that much longer, and I haven't pinpointed exactly why yet. 
I've 
only done a few Win7 installations at this point, so maybe I just needed to get 
standardized on the new platform and now the time required will go down.
