I have been away from Progeny trying out Peanut. Was hoping
Peanut might get my HP OmniBook 4100 running under Linux so
I could directly download Progeny updates. No joy.

Has anything happened over the past couple of months in Progeny
development that would suggest any higher likelihood of success
in getting Progeny running completely on my notebook/laptop?

If not I will hold off and pursue getting the tiny Peanut distro running
in hopes that Progeny addresses the weakness on the laptop side soon
and that via Peanut (or some other distro) I may directly download
those updates.

Note: My Progeny CDs are from Cheapbytes, if that is relevant.
They are a couple of months old.

Thanks! Doc
