I'm sorry you had trouble finding the script file for EVM. All
my fault - I accidentally omitted it from the very recent update of LJ.
The current version of the script file is available here:

You might have it on your computer already -
if your J was installed before end July 2013 with help files,
then you could try
load '~addons/docs/help/learning/91a.ijs'
Eric or Bill, if you are reading this, forgive me for being a nuisance
but could I ask you to copy 91a.ijs from the URL above into the folder
www.jsoftware.com/help/learning and the corresponding folder for
addons/docs/help/learning.

I did more googling and found this:

I wasn't able to get it to work under the recent versions of J. I assume
there are two problems with that script -- getting it to work requires
updating it to use any language changes and updating it to reflect any
parsing rules that have changed. Is there anything like it that works in
current versions?
