Eric, Things are much better. I have jhs 32 and 64 working. The temp files show up under link and it is as I remember it.
However, the new problem is both jhs versions have difficulty finding files but this seems unrelated to my setup. In the jijx page, click menu ide>file and that should take you to a page that is a file explorer. That page should have a menu item called action and then a row of folder names. Try clicking on various folder names to see how the page changes. Click on the temp folder name and you should then see a list of files in your temp folder. If you see a file there with a name that does not start with a digitl, double click it to open it in a jijx editing page. The use of a file should add its name to the list of recent files. Go to the jijx page and do menu ide>jfiles. This will give you a list of files you have recently accessed in JHS. This list is maintained in the browser so various actions can clear the list. This is why you are seeing a blank page. The blank page if there are no recents is confusing. I should perhaps change it to say something like 'no recent files', or as IBM used to put in its manuals 'this page intentionally left blank'.
