My system directories were pointing to "C:\Documents and Settings\devon_mccormick\J602..." probably as the result of early beta single-user installs. I corrected these to be 'C:\Program Files\J602...' and re-installed J in the "system" directory, but I still get the same problem. It looks like what I have matches what Oleg is showing:
