Thanks to Ric and Oleg for helping me out - I had missed seeing the double
quotes around the string Oleg sent.  Since I can't get package manager to
work from work, I just put the patch into zfiles for now.

When I attempt to run Package Manager from work, I get the rather puzzling
message:

Maybe it's just incomplete - as far as it goes, it looks like it's
connecting to jsoftware.  I don't understand why it fails.
