Oooppps, I guess that I fell into one of those you haven't really used it
yet so you hadn't noticed it existed. I had used the soldermask attributes
but hadn't noticed (or remembered) that there was a pastemask attribute as
well in the pad dialog. Still getting used to P99SE as it seems that we all
maybe to some degree since almost no one knew of the IPC-D-356 support built
into (hidden?) the package.
        I have a passionate dislike for the design rule setup in Protel
(seems half the time I cannot get the rules to operate as I want, they just
refuse to work). I am also semi afraid of invoking too many rules because of
the comments offered on this list about resource requirements with rules. I
don't need any ill behavior because of too many rules defined and in many
cases it is too difficult to make rules for the pastemask very generic.

        Please ignore my previous ill informed ramble.
