Rene,
        I have not personally seen or heard of anybody else having a problem
quite like this. Something in your install or Protel setup must be hooped.
If all else fails you should probably try a clean install, something is out
to lunch.
        Most of us common posters to the forum are running SP6 and the
general consensus seems to be that it is pretty stable and relatively
bug-free. There are those wonderful little Protelisms that everybody expects
and come to love/hate but generally it seems pretty stable. Certainly no
worse then SP5.
