Another way to deal with this problem is to use only pads. Note that any piece of track can be replaced by a pad.... Plus you can have right angles on pads, not on Protel tracks. If all the pads have the same name, they will be assigned the correct net by the Synchronizer (the old Netlist Load command can have problems with this).
