I don't have a problem with paying for upgrades and new features, but I do 
expect free fixes to the broken things in the package I already 
bought.  What I bought, should be all working, and to the degree that it's 
not, I expect repairs to be made in a timely manner.

What they are doing is getting you to pay for the privilege of being a 
perpetual beta tester.
