For me it looks quite stable

Integrated libraries are a funny thing, i.e. association of symbols,
footprints and simulation models in one file.

Schematic entry (moving, dragging) as all other things have been slowed down
a lot. IMO it is a real pain in the ass. Lots of editing is largely delayed
on screen. And selection markers like in grafics editors make things hard to
survey.

Fancy things like parameter lists are good. Global editing has changed and
IMO is often uncomfortable but sometimes better (ref. lists). Others like it
more.

Not much difference in manual routing (besides slower).
Planes are much better in DXP.
Autorouting is practically not usable due to the new SITUS router engine.

I'm still not very comfortable in it.
IMO the philosophy in editing is quite different and the old ways are no
longer usable even as an option.
Help is not yet implemented sufficiently. Documentation is almost none.

While some features are real good I complain about having changed so soon.
I use Protel since some 15 years. Should have known better from all the
previous versions but didn't imagine how I could be worse.

A good place to learn more on the actual problems can be found in the DXP
forum of Altium.
