John,

Short on the backside of the board -This is something I have done in the past by
placing full arcs on the specific Plane Layer, to prevent connection, and then by
running a small trace to another point that is connected to the Plane in question.

This works quite well, although it is very time consuming, and is next to impossible
to see once it has been done, and no way to identify in the design to the next guy
who works on the project.

I was hoping there was another faster or simpler way.
