Everything is clear now.
I must apologize for my lack of cleverness.....
My "selection" problem arose becouse of staying on the other than "top layer", 
where these parts reside.
Changing active layer to "top layer" resolved all problems.

I`m still using Circuitmaker2000 where selections of parts can be made 
regardless of layer actually chosen...

I can buy 99SE for appr 1300$ as an upgrade of my CM2000.
Fully legal and further upgrade ready.

As I`m designing rather power electronic PCB`s that are not very complicated,
(example: up to 350 parts, 220 nets, analog/hi-current topology) CM2000 is 
very fine and simple to use for me.
I rely mostly on manual part placement and manual routing.

Will changing to a big 99SE machinery speed&ease my designs ?
Maybe not.
I`m trying to figure it now by evaluating demo of 99SE.

But maybe it`s good buy for a trade ?
