Seguir legislação do Brasil é preciso, apenas isto.Cabe segui-la ou mudá-la conforme a lei.Enqto nada muda, tem-se de seguir a lei vigente. Fora disto não há salvação simples assim.
Omar não é apenas bem intencionado, REALISTA de tudo como deve ser. ele batalha por achar caminho pertinente, compatível, exequível num campo dificílimo e sensível em excesso, e cada vez mais competitivo e aumentado.
Nada tendo a ver com síndromes esquesitas a mais nenhuma, e nem tampouco a favor de um nacionalismo exacerbado e primitivo que busca uma licença NATIVA por superlativo e ingênuo amor pátreo.
Trata-se de lei soberana vigente do e no BRASIL.

Este me parece um caso clássico de "Not Invented Here Syndrome"...
