I totally understand your frustration, AVID has done a couple of changes on their web pages, and if you log in to your account and go to the page you describe, it looks like there is no downloads available. But, even though I've not figured out exactly what I did, I think I interacted with the heading named Pro Tools 11 upgrade from PT 10 and clicked on it. Next, there was a link under the heading named Downloads or something like that, and if you interact with this heading there is a link named Show there. If you click this link and stop interacting with the heading, all the download links for Pro Tools 11.2 will be listed there on the page.

Sorry for the cryptic description, but I think I did things in this order when I managed to download the update.

Nada, nothing, zero, zip, zilch, nichts, not a thing. So what do i do now? I know i have the right to upgrade or rather update but when nothing can be seen, no installer at least, what do i do since support costs probably just as much as the damned protools itself. Sorry for the long rant but as you can tell i'm mighty frustrated. Maybe i should give up on this entirely and do something completely different with my life.
