I have been trying to record cd's from old cassettes. Fine and dandy, but sometimes I get tracks of 6 seconds. I have it totally on manual tracking. Why do I get this problem? One more time, friends. Do we get an automatic track if pause is pressed? Now really spell this out--I must be slow.
Of course, I get nice tracks when I hit the track or "heading" button. I'm recording to the card and then dumping to the cd. Will I force a track if I just press the pause button on the source machine for 5 seconds? Help me to eliminate the double track problem that I am having, someone. Thanks, profusely.
