Hi, This is the way it do it. After recording the first track, I hit Pause. Then I hit heading once. When I am ready to start the next track just hit the record button again. So at the end of each track, hit pause, hit heading and hit pause before the next track. This also gives you time to change to different CD recordings or parts in an analog tape. You can just hit heading, but then, you won't be able to change your media to different selections.
