So if I understand correctly, your test is not conclusive because you
have other sources that might've sent the ping. Is that accurate? If so,
then we have two independent tests (mine and Tamer's) that confirm there is
something wrong with Blogger.com's updates.
I'm CCing Brett. Is there a proper channel to report this issue other
than this list?
