As far as I know, the specs state that we should subscribe to the
"self" link if it's in the feed. And that's what I do, and it's always
worked until recently.
I tried the hub suggestion (using the self link) and it worked and I
got a notification immediately. So I guess it shows that the hub itself is
working, and the problem is on Blogger.com's side.
