I figured out something by comparing my two systems, one with the bug, the
other without it:
On the system with the bug, logging out from GNOME the pulseaudio daemon
continues to run, on my other system it's terminated with the session.
Manually killing PA before rebooting gets rid of the bug.
The bug is still reproducible with test7.
