Settings so far, hdparm -X34 -d1 -m16 -c3 /dev/hda If it makes any difference here's my lappy spec; Fujitsu Siemens amilo a7640w Amd Sempron 3000+ 512 ram Jbz what would be considered good settings? here are mine...
