Hi Marek, it looks to me like these two approaches (logging vs. passing kwargs) are mutually exclusive. Like Istvan and Titus, I prefer the logging solution. Your logging priorities for the different messages seem fine. I will try to make a merge that combines the logging change with a couple other commits from your megatests branch.
