The scripts have been updated as well, again in the 'megatests' branch: http://github.com/mkszuba/pygr/commit/05d7d4e8eab79672961664c2d69810d435c87870 On a different note, I've just observed that at the moment, nlmsa_* and pairwise_hg18 megatests DO complain (by which I mean 'fail with an error message') about seqDicts not having been saved... To be exact, this happens when cnestedlist.dump_textfile() is called during text<->binary conversion tests. Is there some way of bypassing this using information from worldbase or will we simply have to explicitly save dictionaries after all? -- MS --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "pygr-dev" group.
