Hi Marek,
since the megatests all save the NLMSA to pygr.Data, there is no  
reason / need to pass the saveSeqDict=True option (pygr.Data saves the  
seqDict during the pickling process).  So I don't think it makes sense  
to introduce all these saveSeqDict argument passing changes solely for  
quieting the megatests' verbosity. I think the logging approach is  
better -- it gives systematic control of such verbosity issues.
