This has a lot of potential. The brown one looks especially professional: clean, 3-D, and the triangle seems to glow. And the changeable color theme would be useful, perhaps a different color on each section of the website. The symbolism is not self-evident: it looks like a stack of guitar pics to me, and the shape suggests billiard balls ready to play. Only after thinking about scales for a while did the green one start to look like snake scales, but it could also be a crocodile. And a blue snake? Is that a punk rock snake with hair dye? :) But it's OK that the symbolism is not obvious: what's important is that the Pylons logo is unique, not that it looks like a Pylon. Debian has a genie smoke logo. An arrow pointing to the word "pylons" is a good idea, and the favicon looks good too, though I'd suggest the brown one as the most elegant. We could use the electric tower as a secondary theme, a background the the webpages for instance. -- Mike Orr <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "pylons-discuss" group.
