you will eventually need to get your hands dirty either this or that way so i recommend you getting a vps from linode.com. they have servers in europe. shared hosts are not good at all. you can find deploying a pyramid application under mod_wsgi doc at https://docs.pylonsproject.org/projects/pyramid/1.2/tutorials/modwsgi/index.html.
