I have several sites hosted with Webfaction and have been happy with them for 4 or 5 years. My sites are a mixture of static, PHP, and a few Django apps. I've also run some pure WSGI apps without difficulty, though not for longer than a few days (long story). Setting up to run Pyramid shouldn't be difficult - they have docs on how to server Pylons via paster and that would translate directly for Pyramid.
In contrast to Detetedstealth's experience I've been paying $7.50 per month (I pre-pay 24 months at a time). Admittedly, none of my sites have very high traffic, nor do they consume a lot of other resources.
