You are welcome to add a comment to open issues. For example,
many issues merely state a problem. There may be no solution
offered, no pull request, or the code in the pull request has
not passed tests. You can also notify a reporter or a
contributor using "@username" in the issue comment.
Sometimes a gentle reminder to the reporter is all that is
needed to advance an issue. "Hi, @username, is this still an
issue? Would you please update this issue accordingly? Thank you!"
Folks on this list or in IRC in the #pyramid channel on
freenode.net would be happy to help mentor you and anyone else
who would like to contribute fixes, documentation, or any other
effort to advance the project.
I recommend that folks read the guidelines for contributing:
http://docs.pylonsproject.org/en/latest/#contributing
Then follow step-by-step instructions for making a contribution:
https://github.com/Pylons/pyramid/blob/master/HACKING.txt
Or if that is too much effort, folks can simply fork the repo,
clone it to their computer, then make modifications, then make
commits and pull requests.
Travis CI runs tests on all code commits. We prefer that you
test on all Pythons supported by Pyramid. Docs should be built
successfully before committing, too.

Excuse me if I seem rude what I said, it was not my intention. I asked this
because I am still in the learning process Pyramid code and I can not close
without issues to know what that issue will serve ...
I already use 1 year and soon began studying the code of it.

While I tend to agree that +1's are noise, I do think they can add value
in that it
allows those of us that are interested in Pyramid to see what people
would like to see. So if you see something where you are not sure how you
can contribute, adding a +1 with a comment why could let others know that
this is something we might want to take a look at.
Agreed. The ideal solution would be a "like/star/vote" button for issues
as most other issue trackers have. Since github unfortunately does not
provide such a button, +1's should be allowed there.
I nominate you to be the official counter of +1's for each issue. Are you
up to the task?
Please, look at this from the perspective of people who give their time
away for free. Respect their time, make it easy for them to accept PRs and
process issues. Don't make it harder. Thank you for understanding.
