With a fulltime job you only have so and so "vacation-days", which you
try to coordinate with your family (e.g. kindergarden vacations).
I don't want to hire an "outsider" (judging by the average quality of
Israeli websites, I figure it must be very hard to find *good * fulltime
webdesigners), and I don't think we can guarantee a good payflow anyway.

Anyway, if you need a hand, please post on the list.
Some of us are willing to sacrifice a few hours of sleep...
(users and passwords for the server may be negotiated in private mails,
using gpg pubkeys if you fear for security).
