Actually pretty all Windows archiver tools (WinZIP, PowerArchiver and the like) should be able to handle RAR files. But granted, the format isn't as common anymore like it was in the DOS days.

Hmmm I do not run WinZip... but last time I did it couldn't handle RAR files... Which version do you use? (PowerArchiver can deal with RAR archives since v.1 incidentally)
