Geoff As Quanta did a reprint, the two copyright holders are Jan Jone as the author and Quanta as the publisher. My memory is not too clear on the second reprint as I was not involved. I think the Quanta committee paid someone to do a limited number of photocopied versions. The quality was abominable. Therefore I think this can be ignored.
