We have not had a "book rate" for international shipping. Everything needs to be shipped at normal letter rate.

The UK had one of the most varied rates as far as I remember: 20g steps.

We have 20g, 50g (but not larger than standard letter size), 500g - YES! that is the next step, 1kg.
They got rid of the earlier 100g, 250g etc. rates. If you send
80g, 200g or 400g - it all costs the 500g rate.

Holland is not an option - very expensive too since TNT took over.
