[repair insns per PM] SMSQ can damage other if something goes wrong in one SMSQ partition. Can you try qxltool to format a QXL file instead of a partition? Check the result with qxl_fschk. Did you upgrade to 2.2.17 kernel? I am not aware of any relevant changes but the old 2.2.6 is obsolete in every respect. Bye Richard
