Now that is so logical though.  On a manual typewriter, there is
capslock.  We thought in sH development of adding a 'sticky' key option
- that would have pleased the above secretary!

I also have a Casio label printer where SHIFT _has_ to be released
before pressing 4 to get $.

Nothing is easy (8-)#

Heard the one about a user being told over the phone to 'Right Click on
the Desktop' - the use heard "Write 'click' on the desk top". After 4
failed tries, the guy said what can you see?  'click click click click'
