The element isn't the licensing of resellers, it's that the current resellers get a say in who becomes a reseller in future. That is anti-competitive in possibility, if not in actions. As I said, I don't think for one second that you or Jochen would block a competitor, but that the arrangement itself exists is anticompetitive and does leave you open. Though I doubt anybody would sue over 20 copies of SMSQ ;) That would be kin to, say, Dell and Compaq having the power to veto Gateway from selling Windows. I hope my clarification helps. Dave
