Youre right. I got confused. It shouldnt affect my line editor as I use iob.fbyt not iob.elin or iob.flin. As an aside, iob.elin is/was incompatible with the documentation: it doesnt update the cursor position on return, so it was of no use to me. I asked TT whether hed fix it but in the end he didnt as he feared it would introduce incompatibilities with existing programs. I still think the key should be configurable. Per
