Exactly 3 times, actually.  Upon receiving this message, I checked our
test log for your host, and found a bug that was allowing retesting
of clean hosts more often than every 30 days in certain rare conditions
(actually having to do with the first octet of the IP).  This has now
been fixed, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
