Ok, there was a user with a uid of 89 (postfix). I removed the user and re-ran

Okay, we're closer now. Vpopmail is one of the packages that needs to be
installed for other packages to be installed. Check your /etc/passwd
file again to see if a vpopmail user is there. If it is, delete it:
userdel vpopmail
groupdel vchkpw
Then try manually installing the vpopmail package:
rpm -Uvh /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386/vpopmail-toaster*
Once that package gets installed (or we figure out why it's not
installing...), the rest will go through easily.
