In that case, try this:
rpmbuild --rebuild --with cnt40
/usr/src/qtms/vpopmail-toaster-5.4.10-1.2.10.src.rpm
(I'm assuming you're running Cent 4.x)
Look for any errors at the end of the build. If everything goes well,
then do:
rpm -Uvh /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386/vpopmail-toaster*
