follow this link:

http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg01507.html

it describes some changes you can make to /etc/tcprules.d/tcp.smtp to scan internal and external mails.

if you make changes to that file you will have to do this:

# qmailctl cdb
to get those changes "registered and active"

i would probably do it this way (to be safe):

# qmailctl stop
# qmailctl cdb
# qmailctl start

the mail list archive is a goldmine of information...many of the questions i have wanted to ask, i have found answered already...it just takes search time.

imho, that most of this info that are faq should be added to the wiki so that the mailing list can be used more for troubleshooting. i do not expect the guys who make the qmt work to do all the documentation. i am contributing back to the project by silently and reluctantly adding bits and pieces to the wiki, when i find the time.

hope you find the link helpful,
fuzz
